Primehouse Breaks Out New Offerings for the Summer Season

Primehouse may be Chicago’s #1 steakhouse, but this summer the restaurant is featuring more than just meat.  The new summer inspired menu includes small shareable plates like Tuna Tartare with King Crab and Aged Ribeye Carpaccio.  Entrees like Spring Lamb Pot Pie and Lobster Tail offer alternatives to Primehouse’s classic steaks.  For those hoping to grab a seat on the patio, a new al fresco menu catered towards outdoor dining makes an appearance this Memorial Day.  A 40-day dry-aged steak burger is the centerpiece, in addition to a selection of special rosé wines.

If the new menus aren’t tempting enough, consider visiting Primehouse for their Freeze Pop and Candy Shop Pop-up.  From June 30 to July 2, stop in for boozy Strawberry Rosé freeze pops and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  Kid-friendly lemonade and candies like lemon drops and color dots will also be available, and a portion of the proceeds will go to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
