Chicago Cubs Victory Parade 11.4.16

Chicago Cubs Victory Parade

It was an incredible day to be a Cub’s fan on Wednesday. For the first time in 108 years, the Cubs finally broke their “curse,” beating the Cleveland Indians 8-7 in 10 innings, winning the World Series. Though the games might be over, the real celebration is just beginning!

The entire city of Chicago will be waiting in the streets of the city on Friday to cheer on our Cubs as they make their debut as 2016 World Series champs! Starting around 10 am Friday morning, the Cubs will leave Wrigley and make their way down the victory parade route–Michigan Avenue between Oak Street and Ohio Street. Our boys in blue will continue down Colombus Drive between Monroe Street and Balbo Avenue.

Want the best location to get a good view of the parade? The mayor’s office recommends finding a spot on one of the following corners:

Addison from Sheffield to Pine Grove

North Michigan Avenue from Oak Street to Ohio Street

Columbus Drive from Monroe Street to Balbo Avenue
