Chef Dan Salls from the upcoming Logan Square-based restaurant and Mezcaleria, Quiote, will be creating a menu inspired by classic Oaxacan dishes. While guests have dinner, they will also enjoy a string quartet from the Project Inclusion Ensemble, performing musical pairings from the Chicago Sinfonietta Dia de Los Muertos program.
